Access to the site AIVOY.COM
Everybody can enter our site AIVOY.COM in order to see the information we have.So as to carry out any management incide our site (requests, confirmations, cancellations or any other management) the client will have to be registered, having a user's code and a password in order to enter in a private way.
The use and confidentiality of the user's keys and password will be a responsibility of the client; AIVOY.COM is not responsible for the wrong use of them. AIVOY.COM could, in any moment, deactivate the user's keys and password of the client in case of wrong use

AIVOY.COM promises to make a responsible use of the electronic information of the client; AIVOY.COM could also send e-mails with publicity and offers. The client could always have the possibility of being dismissed of this service answering the mail with the word DELETE in the message.

Time of check-in and check-out of the hotels:
Hotels: Check-in will be always from 14:00 and check-out will always take place before 12:00.
Apartments: Check-in at the apartments will be always from 17:00 to 20:00 hours normally; however the client will be able to phone the establishment to agree other shedules (not guaranteed). The check-out of the apartments will always take place before 10:00 a.m.
Children and age

All responsibility derived from the age of the children will be a responsibility of the client; AIVOY.COM has no responsability on this information given by the client.
If the age of the children do not correspond exactly to the requested one at the moment of realizing the reservation, the establishment will be able to ask the client to pay the difference in the value of the reservation, which will be paid straight in the hotel by the client
Direct payment in the hotel
For the reservations that must be paid in the hotel, AIVOY.COM will facilitate, through the client control panel, a confirmation of it (just informative) in which the client will have the information of the hotel (name, address and phone), you date of check-in and check-out, number of people, restaurant service and the whole value of the reservation. From this moment AIVOY.COM will not become responsible for the services offered to the client in the destination; the establishment will be the responsible one. The establishment will be able to ask for the payment of the full amount of the reservation once the client is in the hotel. All the reservations made this way will be invoiced straight to the client by the establishment.
TPV payment
Any reservation realized by online TPV payment will be charged at the same moment as the reservation is confirmed.This kind of reservations will be a responsibility of IBEROTEL CENTRAL RESERVATIONS, which will manage it, and will send you a Voucher of services, which verify your reservation. This Voucher will have to be delivered at the arrival in the hotel.
All the reservations realized this way will be invoiced straight to the client by IBEROTEL CENTRAL RESERVATIONS, who will send the invoice to the client by mail, the day of the check-out.
