Do I have to be compulsory registered in order to make requests and reservations?

Yes. So as to make any operation within aivoy.com (excepting to consult associated establisments and offers) you must be registered in our system.

How can I book in aivoy?

That’s why we recommend you to become a member as a client and make a petition in the area where you want to spend your holiday with different characteristics and a with the maximum price you are ready to pay This way, your request will be answered by all the hotels which fulfill the mentioned characteristics.

If you are interested in making a request in just a hotel, you can do it . However, take into account that your petition will be only answered by that hotel so you will not take much profit of all the service aivoy.com can provide

How do I pay?

The way of payment of every reservation will be indicated in the answers you received by the establisments. All the reservations in aivoy.com may have two different ways of payment.

- Direct payment in the establisment: In this case we will need to know the number of a credit card (VISA, MASTER CARD, ELECTRON,...). This information will go straight to the hotel, completely safe, as a guarantee of your reservation. They will never charge anything on your card, except previous acceptance.

In some cases, the hotel could request the client an advance of 25% of the value of the reservation to confirm it (in this particular case the hotel will contact you).

The total payment of the reservation or 75% will take place in the establishment.

- Payment in advance: In this case we will need to know the number of a credit card (VISA, MASTER CARD, ELECTRON,...) in which we will charge the total amount of your reservation and then we will send you the voucher that you will have to deliver at your arrival in the hotel. Once there you will not have to pay anything but deposit, telephone, drinks, etc.)

Who is going to realize the invoice of my travel?

The invoices of your travel will be delivered in the following way:

- Direct payment in the establisment: The hotel is the one which will give you the invoice when paying the services.

- Payment in advance: Once you leave the hotel you will receive by e-mail the invoice of the services.

How can I cancel my reservation?

All the rerservations will be able to be cancelled from your control panel. Take into account that every establishment may have different politics of cancellation expenses, which you may consult befote booking.

Once you accept the conditions when you realize your reservation, you are also accepting the possible cancellation expenses if this cancellation takes place out of the established terms.

How can I value my stay?

Collaborating to aivoy is free for tourist establishments. You can be a member , publish your services, photos, maps of location, receive requests and publish offers completely free.

aivoy will only invoice to the establishment the commissions of the reservations realized through the system, which are specified in the contracts accepted at the time of becoming a member.

How can I be part of the site aivoy.com?

If you want to be a member as an associate establisment you must folow the following steps:

Be a member of the system
You will receive an email to your mail address specified. You will have to go to the linkage that the email includes so that we could confirm the property of the account of email.
From this moment you can fulfill the information of his establishment. Once you had finished this process you will have to let us know by activating the pigeonhole Request activation of the establishment.

What Can I do to receive more petitions?

Once an offer is published, this one will be seen by all the users of aivoy, who will be able to realize the reservation at the moment. All the offers will be able to be cancelled in any moment by the establishment from his control panel.

How will I receive the payment of the reservations?

All the reservations will be paid straight by the client in the establishment. All the clients, having confirmed definitely the reservation, will compulsory send the whole information of the reservation and the numeration of a credit card like guarantee of the booking, which you could see in your control panel, and it will be a guarantee of the reservation.

The establishment will have the option, if it's marked in the control panel, of asking for an advance of a maximum of 25 % of the value of the reservation, which we do not advise for the success of your establishment.

How will I receive the invoices of aivoy.com?

At the end of every month, and from your control panel, you will be able to unload the invoices related to all the reservations that had date of check out in the same month.
